"Folkets Bio" is a swedish non-profit cultural association that operates cinemas theater and distributes a number of swedish and foreign films in Sweden. The association also organizes festivals and events around films.

Folkets Bio Växjö situated at Palladium is one of this movie theater and each year there is a well known festival in this place: Växjö FilmFestival.
I participated and helped for the Växjö FilmFestival 2012: Tro-Hopp-Kärlek the 16-17-18 november.
There was a lot of movies during this three days from different countries: Sweden, France, Norway, USA, Russia and Serbia/Croatia.
It was very interesting to observed and worked for a swedish festival.
Kicki (the cinema operator) and her team had a lot of motivation and are always nice.
I enjoyed also the program and saw many movies which affected me like Till Ungdomen directed by Kari Anne Moe, Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry by Alison Klayman and För Dig Naken by Sara Broos. I missed the movie Amour directed by Michael Haneke (who is one of my favorite directors) and I hope see that during december.
If you are never went to this cinema theater, don't hesitate ! There are many movies every months.
Here, some pictures that I took during this festival.
